Life Force

The life force is the life-giving force of both the universe and the individual’s body.

In relation to a person it is of five types:

1. power for the act of breathing (prana)

2. power to exhale and speak (udana)

3. Strength for the action of the stomach and intestines (similar)

4. Shakti (Vyana) for voluntary and involuntary actions of the body

5. Power (apana) for defecation, defecation, ejaculation, childbirth, etc.

Healing with Vitality

The human body is the center of infinite powers. Through research from time to time, scientists discovered new facts about them and amazing results were obtained every time.

Success has been achieved in human beings by cultivating the vital forces through yoga, by meditation and by continuous spiritual practice, with great intensity. This power resides subtly in the fluids found in each of the nadis of the body. The human brain and spinal cord are its main reserves.

In tantra and mantra yoga, the description of the experiments to prove this power by awakening is also described in our medical scriptures. According to these scriptures, the reserves of the said powers are located above the junction of the brain in the brahmarandhra and also in the human heart, whose flow in the process of breathing continues through the left and right nostrils and remains constant. It is also called Chandra, Surya Swara in the language of Yoga.

Man’s eating habits, his relationship with other beings, his contact with substances and thoughts, behaviours, habits, contemplation affect the nature of his life. Here, along with all the conscious, the shadow of life emanates from the inert substances, which cannot remain ineffective with whatever it comes in contact with. This life force of man is under his own will power, he can send this power to heal himself or others.

Mainly, the origin of disorders in the human body is due to obstruction in the proper transmission of life force. It is also called the healing mind doctor, who is so capable of flowing his own advanced life force that along with his own treatment, he can heal another person with this power. At the same time, it also enables the patient’s life force to be used for self-treatment.

The disease arising from the sick component of man is cured by the centralization of life force, but for this it is necessary that the healer himself should be a pure heart and a person of high character strength, because he is not only his life force, but his other elements. also given to the patient. We have amazing power in our mind. This power has a wonderful effect on the knowledge-fibers, muscles and nerves.

The more active the mind is, the greater is its thought power – if humans compare the power of thought with the speed of electricity or light, then its velocity is rapid. In this regard, researcher Prof. Elisha Gray has written in his book ‘Miracles of Nature’ that the speed of thought power is very fast i.e. billions of milliseconds faster than the speed of light waves.

There is also an effect of the atmosphere on the thought power, that is, during the day the sun rays obstruct the thoughts, but at night i.e. the moon rays, the speed of thought power becomes the fastest.

Actually thoughts are directly related to lungs, because blood circulation is in the possession of our thoughts. If the blood circulation is balanced then our nervous system and brain will also be fine, that is, improper thoughts are also the cause of diseases in our life.

Therefore it is necessary that you strengthen the latent power of the mind by awakening the mental powers, so that the blood circulation can be balanced and sufficiently charged to block the disorders.

For this, the body can be prepared in a simple form by the following method. Lie down in a secluded and clean airy place and relax your body – keep your mouth closed. Then take deep breaths slowly through the nostrils.

Place the fingers of your hands between your cranium in such a way that the fingers of both the hands keep touching each other and with both the thumbs you keep pressing the temples. Now by concentrating the thoughts and mental attitudes at the Agya Chakra, the mid-point in the brain, feel the wonderful electric current in the whole body.

At the same time, remember the sound of Omkar, then while touching with hands, touching the eyes under the forehead, touch both the thumbs by joining the fingers on the throat bone from both the sides of the neck, later the hands on the shoulders of the body. Conceive your thought flow in the form of power while touching your navel ie Manipura Chakra by pressing on both the sides with the thumb.

Stay on the affected parts for some time and feel the flow of energy on those parts. This all round touch should take three minutes. By doing this practice at night time, one gets calm, healthy and abundant sleep.

At the time when you stop your hand on any part, then stop your breathing and make a resolution in your mind that I am regulating my blood circulation. New blood is being formed in every particle. The body is becoming beautiful, strong, strong by separating all the physical weakness, weakness, old organs, unnecessary substances from the body.

In this way, by accumulating the power of attraction on the basis of will power, man can infuse new life consciousness in others. On the strength of his perseverance, he receives power from the inner self, because the secret of life therapy is also the inner self – when our conscience behaves favorably.
Then there is success in all the objectives.

When there is a feeling of weakness, fear, discouragement, doubt, despair, failure in the body, then there is a deterioration in health, whereas, there is hope, happiness, enthusiasm, new creation, new consciousness, love, happiness, beauty, strength, experience of semen. The body itself remains healthy by being driven by health.

The main purpose of life therapy is also that the person himself makes the knowledge-fibres of his body strong and makes other patients healthy as well. Thoughts have a deep and direct effect on breathing i.e. in joy the breath becomes lighter and in sorrow the breath becomes heavy and we can gain control over it by experiencing it through our self-information.
